Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries and providing timely follow-ups to potential leads.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide basic reporting on key engagement indicators.
- Coordinate marketing collateral and promotional materials for offline and online events.
- Maintain organized databases of customer interactions and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in social media management or basic digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a significant advantage.
- High level of energy, creativity, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
