Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve project revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company quality standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the South Jakarta property sector.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including project development and finance, to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential investors, high-net-worth clients, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management reviews.
  • Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the Property Development or Real Estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Deep understanding of the Jakarta property market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
