Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve project revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the South Jakarta property sector.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including project development and finance, to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential investors, high-net-worth clients, and key industry stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management reviews.
- Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the Property Development or Real Estate industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta property market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
