Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and implementation of localized marketing campaigns targeting Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Manage social media channels and digital content to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, lead tracking, and client correspondence.
- Facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients to resolve inquiries and build long-term loyalty.
- Coordinate promotional events and marketing collateral distribution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights for future strategy optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (Chinese) is essential for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
