We specialize in premium lighting fixtures that transform homes and commercial spaces, and we are looking for a creative individual to help drive our brand presence and sales growth.
In this role, you will be the face of our gallery, engaging with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors to provide expert advice and tailored lighting solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide professional consultation to customers, helping them select the perfect lighting solutions for their specific needs.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, interior designers, and contractors in the Perak region.
- Create and manage engaging marketing content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on lighting trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate and participate in local promotional events or store exhibitions to drive foot traffic.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with professionalism and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, interior design sales, or general marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay, English, and ideally Mandarin/Chinese dialects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for local site visits.
