Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume targets consistently.
- Conduct proactive market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage the full sales process, including product presentations and relationship building.
- Monitor and minimize customer complaints by providing exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain healthy accounts receivable (AR) by ensuring timely follow-ups on payments and invoices.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis on product performance in the market.
- Collaborate with the internal team to implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role is highly desirable.
- Possess a deep understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage financial collections (AR) effectively.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be familiar with the Banjarmasin area and its local market dynamics.
