Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital lead generation.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and market positioning to address client needs effectively.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional materials and outreach campaigns.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
- Willingness to travel locally within the Jakarta Barat area as required.
