Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Actively scout and build relationships with potential corporate clients for catering and event bookings.
- Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content and proactive community management.
- Coordinate promotional activities, special events, and seasonal campaigns to boost cafe traffic.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the cafe operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients to ensure consistent follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or promotional roles, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on-site in Surabaya and engage in field marketing activities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
