Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our eco-friendly exhibitions and events.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, sponsors, and partners to drive booth sales and participation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or event management is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to travel and work during weekends if required for events.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
