Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential customers to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase product awareness.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align sales activities with company goals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Surakarta area for business purposes.
