- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate accounts in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and rate quotations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to boost brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic, challenging workload.
- Strong network or existing portfolio of clients in the shipping and transport industry is highly advantageous.
