Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business leads to expand market share.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare accurate and timely daily/weekly visit reports for management.
- Execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with marketing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Energetic, proactive, and resilient in handling rejection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reporting tools.
