Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the local market and increase product/service adoption.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project completion.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs to track progress against individual and company targets.
- Provide expert market feedback to management to assist in refining our overall marketing approach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial or technical sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong local network in Balikpapan and surrounding areas is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required for meetings and site evaluations.
