- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company services and projects.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital channels to increase brand engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
- Prepare and present regular marketing reports and performance metrics to management.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support client acquisition and relationship management.
- Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media analytics.
