Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of success.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Banten and Greater Jakarta area.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
