Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and high-level client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
