Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and group bookings
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the hotel website
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and data analysis
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
