Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or label industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field assignments.
