Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end vehicle sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase dealership foot traffic and digital leads.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicle inventory for social media platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients and follow up on leads consistently.
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives to highlight key features.
- Collaborate with the management team to organize showroom events and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and strong dealership reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales or automotive retail.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to create engaging content; skills in photo and video editing are a significant advantage.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license.
