Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for building materials
- Identify and prospect new clients in architectural, construction, and development sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors and designers
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and product launches
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Construction Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in building materials or construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Jakarta
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and building codes
