JRK Group is seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive (Developer) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key player in our property division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing property enquiries, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to handover.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for potential buyers, showcasing our premium developments and guiding them through the sales process. We are looking for a driven individual who excels in coordination, documentation, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with our brand standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through various marketing channels and networking.
- Conduct property viewings and site tours to demonstrate development features.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate all necessary documentation, contracts, and approvals with internal teams.
- Manage customer relationships via CRM systems and provide after-sales support.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends to provide insights on competitor activities and pricing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property development sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
