Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory in Johor.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and attend trade shows.
- Provide expert advice on product usage and technical specifications to clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the FMCG or agricultural sector.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
