Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients in the interior design sector.
- Proactively generate leads through networking, digital marketing, and industry outreach.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their design needs.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within the furniture, construction, or interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- A keen interest in interior design, architecture, or home improvement trends.
