Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to promote company travel packages.
- Actively prospect for new clients and follow up on sales leads to grow our customer base.
- Manage marketing materials and social media outreach to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to guide customers toward the best travel solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing tactics effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
