We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive cum Building Management to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This hybrid role is designed for a versatile individual who understands that successful property management is as much about tenant relations and marketing as it is about maintaining high standards of facility operation.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market presence, managing client relationships, and overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our building assets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that our properties remain competitive and well-maintained. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Manage end-to-end leasing processes, including tenant inquiries, viewings, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee daily building management operations, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Build and sustain strong, positive relationships with existing tenants to improve retention rates.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to resolve facilities issues promptly.
- Prepare regular financial and performance reports regarding occupancy and operational expenditures.
- Identify opportunities for property improvements that enhance value and tenant experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, marketing, or property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the Kuala Lumpur area as required.
