Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively acquire and service new retail banking clients to grow the company's portfolio.
- Execute strategic cold calling initiatives using provided high-quality leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding banking products and financial solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
