Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for frozen food products in Surakarta region
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales tactics
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely product delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or food industry sales
- Proven track record in developing new sales channels
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driver's license for field visits
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
