Tanggung Jawab
- Own and manage the end-to-end client relationship, ensuring high satisfaction from initial inquiry to delivery.
- Proactively follow up on leads and assist in closing sales deals to drive company growth.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure custom print and merch orders meet client specifications.
- Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Manage project timelines and logistics to ensure all orders are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the merchandise and printing industry.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain an organized database of client interactions and project statuses.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and 'close the deal.'
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a startup culture.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
