Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content for social media platforms to increase brand engagement.
- Design visually appealing EDMs and marketing materials to support lead generation.
- Assist the marketing team in planning and coordinating corporate events and webinars.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
- Support the sales team with outreach initiatives, including cold calling and follow-up emails.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to suggest data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
