You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals, while collaborating closely with our marketing teams to ensure our messaging aligns with market demands. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Greater Jakarta area.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Present and pitch Media Grafindo’s diverse range of products, including print media, digital platforms, and advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and up-selling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify emerging trends in the media industry.
- Collaborate with the creative and editorial departments to tailor marketing proposals that meet client specificities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the media, publishing, or advertising industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta region.
