- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve property sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and management, preferably in real estate
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and campaign execution
