Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness
- Manage key client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Train and mentor sales teams to enhance performance and product knowledge
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing with product launches
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
- Optimize marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management with proven track record
- Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and data interpretation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of horticulture/agriculture industry highly advantageous
