Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales and marketing teams to maintain high performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between product development, marketing campaigns, and sales goals.
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee ROI on all promotional and lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-value clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong background in B2B or B2C sales strategy and market expansion.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines.
