As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion. You will be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategies, mentoring a talented sales force, and ensuring that our brand message resonates across our target demographics. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales and marketing teams to maintain high performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between product development, marketing campaigns, and sales goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee ROI on all promotional and lead-generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-value clients.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in B2B or B2C sales strategy and market expansion.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines.
