- Lead the strategy and execution of corporate event sales to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO to drive brand awareness.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry influencers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the events and corporate sectors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing management within the events or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
