Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing events.
- Manage the sales budget efficiently and monitor financial performance metrics (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing management, preferably in the furniture or retail sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
