Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing teams in the Indonesian market
- Strong analytical skills and market research expertise
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
