Astoria Prima is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee our Maklon (Contract Manufacturing) Cosmetic division in Jakarta Utara. You will lead our strategic initiatives, manage a talented sales and marketing team, and build long-term relationships with beauty brands and entrepreneurs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to grow the Maklon cosmetic service portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including beauty startups, influencers, and established cosmetic brands.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and project consultation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D and production departments to ensure client project specifications are met with high quality and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the beauty industry and adapt our service offerings accordingly.
- Represent Astoria Prima at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the cosmetic, personal care, or manufacturing (Maklon) industry.
- Strong understanding of BPOM regulations and cosmetic product development processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting market data to drive business decisions.
- Based in or willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
