- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Lead the market expansion efforts in Surabaya and Jakarta regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce high-impact marketing collateral and digital content.
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Sales and Marketing management role, preferably within a diverse group of companies.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, with established networks in Jakarta and/or Surabaya.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet aggressive KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
