In this dynamic role, you will oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process for our Polyethylene (PE) Pet Film products, ensuring seamless domestic and international deliveries. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage domestic and export fulfillment logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading.
- Handle billing accuracy and ensure timely invoicing to clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with trade regulations and import/export laws.
- Coordinate closely with shipping carriers and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery status.
- Assist in marketing activities and support the sales team with client inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of export/import documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
