We are currently seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Representative (Hospital) Manager to join our team in the Jabodetabek area. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our innovative medical equipment solutions and healthcare providers, playing a critical part in improving medical services across the region.
As our Hospital Manager for Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new hospital accounts, nurturing existing relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. You will work closely with medical professionals, procurement teams, and hospital administrators to understand their needs and provide solutions that add tangible value to their clinical operations. This position offers an excellent platform for someone who is target-driven, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and is eager to make an impact in the medical device industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for medical equipment within hospitals in the Jabodetabek area.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new hospital leads, establishing long-term professional partnerships with procurement heads and clinical department leads.
- Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff and hospital stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless delivery, installation, and after-sales follow-ups.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and hospital budget cycles to refine marketing strategies.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical, or hospital B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the medical industry.
- Strong existing network within the Jakarta/Jabodetabek hospital landscape is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for client visits across Jabodetabek.
