Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for property projects.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Manage key client relationships and handle high-level negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations in all sales and marketing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing medium-to-large teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a competitive market environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
