Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
