- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Cirebon area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or bakery industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of local market in Cirebon area is an advantage
