Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business leads to expand our customer base.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest actionable improvements to our service offerings.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting documents for management review.
- Participate in networking events and exhibitions to represent the company brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or business development (minimum 1-2 years experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
