Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new customers to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to showcase product value propositions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta business landscape and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
