Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through targeted outreach
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics using CRM systems
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness for local travel
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency preferred
