PT Dewa Kopi Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality educational programs and potential learners, driving revenue growth while strengthening our brand presence.

You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns, nurturing leads, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, understands the nuances of the ed-tech or training industry, and possesses a consultative approach to selling. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and client onboarding.
  • Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain the value of our academy programs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum and content team to align marketing messages with program offerings.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the education or academy industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for identifying new growth opportunities.
