You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns, nurturing leads, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and client onboarding.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain the value of our academy programs.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the curriculum and content team to align marketing messages with program offerings.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the education or academy industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for identifying new growth opportunities.
