Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote wallpaper and flooring products to target audiences.
- Identify and secure new distribution channels and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and negotiate distribution agreements.
- Create engaging marketing collateral, digital content, and social media materials.
- Track and report on campaign metrics to the management team for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing within the interior design, construction, or distribution industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possesses a strong drive for professional growth.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
