Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the chemical industry.
- Proactively prospect new business leads and schedule meetings to introduce company products.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and technical product proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of chemical supplies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or internships is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Surabaya.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Energetic, target-oriented, and possess a strong desire to excel in a high-pressure environment.
- Possession of a driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel for client visits.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a distinct advantage.
