Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the trading and industrial sectors.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations with stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Marketing staff, preferably within the trading or export-import industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software for lead management.
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to adapt to fast-paced market conditions.
- Based in or familiar with the business landscape of Batam.
