Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve quarterly targets
- Develop comprehensive property marketing strategies including digital campaigns and client acquisition plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee sales pipeline management and contract negotiation processes
- Collaborate with design and development teams to align marketing materials with project specifications
- Implement CRM systems to track client interactions and sales performance metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging property trends and client preferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision within property sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English and Indonesian
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated leadership in developing sales strategies and team training programs
